We mainly supply genuine LED drivers from LIFUD, EUCHIPS and DONE. We also source other well-known lighting power brands on request. Our portfolio will gradually expand to related lighting electronic accessories.
Are your products original and authentic?
Yes. The products we offer are original from manufacturers. Product datasheets, certificates and factory-related documents can be provided for verification.
What certifications do these LED drivers have?
Available certifications include CE, LVD, EMC, UL, SAA, CB and UKCA, depending on the model. We confirm the required documentation for your chosen model and target market before order confirmation.
Can I get samples for testing?
Yes. Sample lead time is normally 3–7 working days. Sample cost and freight are quoted separately.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the brand and model. Standard models usually accept small orders; customized parameters may require a higher MOQ. Send us your model number and quantity for confirmation.
What are the delivery lead times?
Standard in-stock items normally take 3–10 working days. Non-stock or customized items normally take 15–35 working days. The exact schedule will be confirmed within 3 days after the pro forma invoice is confirmed.
What is your warranty period?
Warranty varies by brand and model, normally 3–5 years. We follow the original manufacturer’s warranty policy and confirm the applicable terms for your selection.
What payment and trade terms do you accept?
We accept T/T. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for long-term clients. Our usual trade term is EXW; FOB can also be discussed.
How do you control quality before shipment?
We carry out sample verification before order confirmation and pre-shipment inspection for bulk goods. Checks cover appearance, labeling, electrical performance and consistency with certification documents.
Can you combine shipments from different brands?
Yes. We support consolidated shipment of multiple models and brands to help reduce your logistics costs.
