Enquiries are stored privately in our website administration system and may be delivered to our enquiry team by email. Access is limited to authorised staff and our hosting and email service providers. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and your choices

Our default website retention period is 365 days; records required for an active order or other applicable obligations may be handled separately. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data.

Essential technology

The enquiry form uses short-lived security tokens and, if needed, a temporary cookie to preserve form entries after a validation error. We use these only to process and protect the form. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy terms.
